The tools on this site produce unbiased random selections. They do not know anything about your situation. Never use a random result as the basis for a medical, legal, financial, employment or safety decision. Those require appropriate professional advice and your own judgement.
Prize draws and promotions
The Giveaway Winner Picker selects entries from a list you provide. It does not verify eligibility, age, location, entry requirements, platform rules or any applicable law. Prize-promotion rules vary widely between countries, states and platforms, and complying with them is entirely the organiser’s responsibility.
Student and personal data
This site does not transmit or store the lists you enter, but that does not exempt you from your organisation’s rules. Schools, employers and other institutions often have their own policies about entering personal information into third-party web tools. Check yours before using these tools with real names.
Team balancing
Score-based team generation uses a greedy algorithm on the scores you supply. It does not guarantee an optimal or perfectly balanced split, and no set of numbers can capture how a group actually performs together. Treat generated teams as a starting point.
Results depend on your browser
Randomness comes from your browser’s Web Crypto implementation. On browsers without it, a lower-quality fallback is used and the page says so. Results cannot be reproduced or recovered after the fact, by us or by you.
Not a gambling service
This site is not for gambling. There is no betting, no wagering, no real-money play and no odds calculation. The dice, coin and wheel tools are for games, teaching and everyday choices, and must not be used for any activity where money or value is staked on the outcome.
