Reporting a bug

The most useful bug reports include: which tool, what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and which browser and device you were using. If a result looked wrong, tell us how many entries were in the list and whether weights were in use.

Please do not send us your actual list if it contains personal data — a description is enough, and we would rather not receive it.

Requesting a tool or a feature

Tell us the situation you are trying to solve rather than the feature you have in mind. It usually leads somewhere better.

Privacy questions

If you want to know what a specific tool stores or transmits, ask — the short answer is almost always “nothing”, and the privacy policy explains the exceptions.
